Our Mission
The superyacht industry has safety standards, classification societies, and regulatory frameworks. What it has never had is an independent, credible standard for service excellence.
A charterer spending €200,000 per week has no way of knowing whether the service aboard will match the price tag. A crew member investing years in their career has no recognised credential for service skills. A yacht owner investing in crew training has no benchmark to measure against.
