How the Assessment Works

01

Anonymous Booking

Our assessors book through standard charter channels as regular guests. The crew never knows they are being evaluated.

Assessors experience the complete charter — typically 5-7 days — evaluating every touchpoint against our 72 standards.

03

Objective Scoring

Each standard is marked Pass or Fail. Scores are calculated using category weightings to produce an overall percentage.
