Role
Experienced Bosun required to manage a deck team of 6 on an 80m explorer yacht. Responsible for all exterior maintenance, tender operations, water toy deployment, and guest activities. Must lead by example and maintain show condition standards.
Requirements
- •Yachtmaster Offshore
- •3+ years as Bosun on 50m+
- •Dive Master preferred
- •Strong leadership skills
