Supporting an award winning Head Chef on a 55m private yacht. Must be comfortable with Middle Eastern, Asian, and European cuisines. High volume entertaining with emphasis on presentation and dietary management.

- •Multi-cuisine proficiency
- •Food Safety Level 3
