Service Assessment

OKTO is, quite simply, one of the finest charter experiences available in the Mediterranean. The 2023 refit elevated already exceptional interiors, and the crew of seventeen operates with the precision of a five-star hotel but the warmth of a private residence. What distinguishes OKTO from her peers is the crew's obsessive attention to detail — from the way towels are folded to the timing of cocktail service on the sundeck, every interaction has been considered and refined. The chief stewardess maintains a guest preference database that rivals any luxury hotel group, and returning charterers report that their preferences are remembered years later. The exterior spaces are equally well-managed, with the deck team maintaining immaculate presentation throughout even the busiest charters. Cuisine is inventive and beautifully presented, with the chef adapting menus daily based on local market availability.
