Criteria

How Brokers Earn Endorsement

Endorsement is not purchased. It is earned through demonstrated excellence in client service, market knowledge, and ethical business practices. We evaluate brokers across multiple dimensions before granting endorsement status.

Endorsed status is reviewed annually. Brokers must maintain their standards to retain endorsement. Client feedback, charter outcomes, and industry reputation are all factored into the annual review.

Minimum 5 years in charter brokerage

Demonstrated knowledge of rated fleet

Client satisfaction record above 95%

MYBA or equivalent industry membership

Transparent pricing and contract practices

Annual review and recertification
